The public libraries of Frisco, Carrollton, Euless, Irving, North Richland Hills, and Plano have pooled their resources to provide the Answer Zone - a new, live reference service via the Internet.
In the Answer Zone, library staff is available to assist you in using online resources, finding materials in the catalog or to be your tour guide when you get lost on the information superhighway.
With the Answer Zone, you can chat with a librarian online and find the answers.
The librarian will be able to send web pages to your computer, as well as articles and other information from the library’s online databases. When your reference session is over, you will get a transcript of the session by email. No library card required!
